Pesticide Applicator

​

​

​​

We are looking for a lawn care pesticide applicator with experience applying fertilizer, pesticides, etc. to lawns using a ride-on spreader. This ideal candidate will maintain lawns of commercial and residential properties.

 

Applying lawn care products such as fertilizer, lime, seed, herbicides, and pesticides to residential and commercial properties. This candidate will work in the field with the Foreman to familiarize you with the properties and our application process.

What we are looking for:

• Pesticide Applicator’s License

• Turf and Ornamental Pest Control -Category 6, 7, and Core (Required)

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently

• Ability to communicate with and serve multiple clients

• Ability to complete paperwork accurately and timely

• Cleaning, calibrating and maintaining equipment

• Attention to details and math skills to mix materials

• Proficiency in use of landscape equipment

• Perform all lawn applications and aeration jobs as assigned

• Turf Maintenance: 2 years (Required)

• Driver's License (Required)

• PA DOT Medical Card

Responsibilities:

• Mixing or preparing full day of lawn applications, travel to client sites and apply appropriate material across client lawns in a safe manner according to company standards.

• Applying fertilizers and insecticides to turf and ornamental plants according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.

•  Driving company vehicle and operating Ride on spreader / sprayer.

• Working independently.

• Communicating with customers, verbally and in writing, about our service and their properties and address different concerns customers have with varying conditions.

• At the end of the day, ensure that truck and all application materials are cleaned appropriately and prepared for use the next day.

• Must be willing to be a team player within the company and assist in landscape duties when needed.

• During spring or fall, perform aeration and over seeding across client lawns.

• Other duties may be assigned at the company’s discretion.

• Performing snow removal as assigned, during winter months.

Landscape Laborers

​

As a Landscape Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscaping tasks to ensure the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial properties. .This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for landscaping.

• Is proficient in landscape services and installations

• Dependability and team player attitude.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in landscape installation.

• Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record and the ability to obtain a PA DOT Medical Card within 10 days of hire.

• Applicants should have a grasp on identification of commonly used plants in our area, as well as an in-depth understanding of proper installation and care techniques.

• Ability to arrive at work on time on a daily basis and maintain a regular, dependable attendance record.

Mowing Crew Team Members

​

We are looking for dedicated team members who wants to grow their career in the mowing field. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating  zero turn / stand on commercial mowers, trimmers & backpack blowers.

​

What we are looking for:

•  Good leadership and motivational skills.

• A strong work ethic and an eye for details.

• Ability to work in a team environment and be efficient in job duties.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial and residential mowing experience.

• Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record and the ability to obtain a PA DOT Medical Card within 10 days of hire.

• Ability to arrive at work on time on a daily basis and maintain a regular, dependable attendance record.

Outdoor Hardscape Team Members

 

You will be working in the field installing hardscape elements (patios, walkways, water features, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, retaining walls, steps, etc.) and performing various landscape activities.  You will need to be flexible in this position, in between projects you may be asked to work with the landscape crew do complete installation, or other divisions in the company due to weather delays. Must be a team member.

 

What we are looking for:

• A strong work ethic and an eye for details.

•  A focus on delivering excellent service to our customers.

•  At least 2+ years of hardscape / construction / landscape experience

•  Manage time, productivity, project budgets, and material record keeping.

•  Must have valid Drivers License and obtain PA Medical Card.

•  Experience with landscape equipment (Excavator, Skid steer, tampers, truck and trailer, etc.) is a plus.

•  Availability during winter months to participate in snow removal, on call basis.
